When is the sign up period?
The mail club sign up period ends on the 20th of each month. If you sign up on the 21st, you will receive the next printing.
I signed up on the 21st. Can you make an exception?
I understand how frustrating it would be to sign up a day after the sign up window, but unfortunately I cannot make an exception.
With the mail club being a monthly subscription, I rely on the purchase dates to know when to send out the orders each month. Because of this, it would be impossible for me to keep track of which orders I need to send outside the sign up window... HOWEVER...
You may purchase past printings from the mail club menu.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly on the date you originally purchased.
Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
Absolutely! You can manage your subscription in the Mail Club menu at the top of the page.

Shipping and Handling
How long will it take to receive my order?
All mail club orders are shipped between the 21st - 27th of each month. US orders take up to 7 business days to arrive, and international orders can take up to 30 business days.
How can I track my order?
To keep your subscription affordable, your shipment is send with stamps. Tracking information is not included.
My order arrived damaged, or not at all. What do I do?
In the unlikely case your order is sent to you damaged, please reach out! You can send me an email at support@maggiedavis.art and attach a photo of the damage for my records.
If your package has not arrived after 7 business days US, or 30 International, check with your local post office to make sure they are not holding onto the package. After that, please reach out at support@maggiedavis.art
